Qualifications : The preferred candidate will be a student in their Junior year pursuing a 4-year degree in agronomy, agriculture business, agriculture studies, agricultural systems technology, or related field with a broad interest in the agriculture industry. Previous internships in production agriculture or relevant experience preferred. Strong communication skills (oral and written), teamwork and leadership skills, strong computer and analytical skills are required. Potential candidates should possess: the ability to work effectively within a team environment; lead and influence teams/projects; and the ability to work in and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.

Other Requirements Include: The ability to work in crop production fields, have limited exposure to chemicals, dust, noise, temperature variation; moderate lifting 50-100 lbs., ability to work long days during peak seasons. Must also be willing to travel between production locations and company headquarters as needed.
